Important Halachic Response Handwritten by Rabbi Shaul Brach - Karly, 1923
Long letter handwritten by Rabbi Shaul Brach, to Rabbi Shmuel Meir Ha'Cohen, Dayan and Moreh Tzedek of Czernowitz. Written on official stationery. Karly, 1923.
The letter is about the Kashrut of food with the skin of non-kosher fish, "which makes it freeze quickly and there is no need for very cold temperature, whether to prohibit eating it due to Ma'amid". Rabbi Brach tended to prohibit; however he qualifies his words saying: "to make a big deal and prohibit it is not necessary in my opinion". The letter was printed in the "Ha'Ohel" anthology, Jerusalem, 1970.

Torah letters handwritten by Rabbi Shaul Brach are extremely rare!
