Tefilah Le'Moshe. Lemberg, 1856. By the Rebbe Rabbi Moshe of Sambor. First and extremely rare edition. Has not been seen in recent auctions.
The book contains Hassidic and kabbalist Torah novellae on the Parashot.
The author presents many Divrei Torah by his brother, Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Zidichov, whom he calls: "My teacher and rabbi". He also presents miraculous stories about his rabbis, the most prominent Hassidic rabbis, among them The Seer of Lublin and Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rymanow.

At the beginning of the book, an interesting introduction by Rabbi Yosef Rappaport (the grandson of Rabbi Zvi Hirsch of Zidichov) who prepared the book for printing, recalling the background of the printing of the book.

The author, Rabbi Moshe of Sambor (1765-1840) was born to his father Rabbi Yitzchak Isaac Eichenstein of Safrin. The disciple of the Seer of Lublin, the Maggid of Kozhnitz, Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Rymanow and of his brother, rabbi XZvi Hirsch of Zidichov. After the death of his brothers - Rabbi Zvi Hirsch and Rabbi Yissacher - Rabbi Moshe became the Rebbe. At this time he authored the book before us.
