"תמונת הרב הגדול המפורסם כמוהר"ר חיים הכהן זצוקלה"ה נתבש"מ באחד בחשון תרפ"ה לפ"ק"
אלג'יר, תרצ"ה בערך. 35.5/44.5 ס"מ כולל. בראש התמונה ציורי כתר תורה וכתר כהונה ובתחתית עיטורי שופרות. קרע עם חסר בשוליים ומעט קרעים וכתמים נוספים.
At the top of the picture are Torah crown and kehuna crown paintings and at the bottom are shofarot decorations. A tear with a incomplete edge and a few more tears and stains.
מסגרת עץ מיוחדת וחזקה מאוד. מאחורי המסגרת חסרים את המסמרים אשר תופסים את התמונה והזכוכית, וכשנגר ניסה לחבר מסמרים, הם התעקמו מרוב חוזק העץ. המסגרת עשויה מארבעה חלקים. רווח קטן בין החלקים. בחלקה העליון אבזמי ברזל מעוטרים ולהם מחובר חוט לתליית התמונה.
A special and very strong wooden frame. Behind the frame are missing the nails that capture the image and the glass, and when a carpenter tried to attach nails, they warped from the strength of the wood. The frame is made of four parts. Small space between the parts. At the top are decorated iron buckles and a wire is attached to them to hang the picture.
