סוואליווע, תרע"ב 1912. [6] רכו [4] ד'; 23 ס"מ. בסוף הספר רשימת חותמים(8.5 עמ') חשובה, בהם הרה"ק רבי ישעיה מקרעסטיר.
ספר סגולה: הסכמות חשובות, ובהם הסכמתו של הרה"ק רבי שאול רוזנברג מראצפערט שכותב: ".......להגין על כל הקונים הספר הנ"ל שיתברכו ממקור הברכות בברכה משולשת.
..". At the end of the book is an important list of signatories (8.5 pages), including Rabbi Yeshaya of Krestir.
