Kol Aryeh – Articles on the Torah, by the "Preacher of Polonnoye", Rabbi Aryeh Leib the disciple of the Ba'al Shem Tov. Chernovitz, 1862. Second edition.
With the approbations which appear in the first edition.
On the book's title page is the signature "The small one Yaakov the grandson of the Gaon of Lisa".
Rabbi Yaakov Lorberbaum (1834-1888) immigrated in his youth from Kalisz with his father Rabbi Mordechai Aryeh Yehuda to Israel and settled in Safed. He was considered to be one of the great Rabbis of the Land of Israel. Left behind him important handwritten comments on several books.
