Yosef Budko - Lithography of the Synagogue of Plonsk - Berlin, 1917 - Dedicated to his Father, Signed by the Artist - From the Artist's House!
Black-and-white engraving depicting the synagogue or Beit Midrash of Plonsk, Budko's hometown.
Budko's "Plonsk Illustrations" are nostalgic autobiographic illustrations expressing Budko's yearning for his hometown.
At the bottom of the engraving, Budko added in print: "Dedicated to my dear father" (Reb Ya'akov Budko) and under it: "Yosef Budko".
On the bottom left side, his signature in pencil and the year- 1917.
12x12 cm.
Condition: good. Slight stains. Framed.
