Shir Ha'Shirim in Mongolian - Selenginsk, Siberia, 1840 - Extremely Rare!
The translation of Song of Songs from Hebrew to Mongolian was done as part of a project of translating the complete bible to Mongolian by three British Missionaries in Selenginsk, Siberia: E. Stallybrass, W. Swan and R. Yuille.
The translation was published by The British and Foreign Bible Society in "The City" Selenginsk in 1840.
7 bound pages. 25.5x21 cm.
Condition: good. Time stains on the leaves. Moth damage to the binding and a tear where it is attached to the leaves.
