Chiddushei Ri Migash. With Novaelle of the Chatam Sofer Which Were Printed in his Lifetime Without his Permission

Novaelle of Rabbi Yosef ibn Migash on tractate Shavuot. Prague, 1826. With novaelle and responsa from the "Chatam Sofer" in his lifetime. [1] 44 leaves. This is the first time that novaelle from the Chatam Sofer were published. All of his other works, his novaelle, responsa and sermons were published after his death. In a letter to Rabbi Zvi Hirsch Chajes the Chatam Sofer writes that these novaelle were printed by his student, without his agreement. However this was "First by coercion and later willingly".
