A letter in the handwriting and with the signature of Rabbi Yehuda Leib Tsirelson, Av Beit Din of Kishinev, to Rabbi Milevsky, regarding his book "Kuntress HaBikkurim". The letter is on official paper, from the year 1940 when he was the Chief Rabbi of Bessarabia, in the last year of his life.
Rabbi Yehuda Leib Tsirelson, one of the founders of "Agudat Yisrael", the Rabbi of the city of Kishinev and a Rosh Yeshiva there. Many of his students are great Rabbis and Rebbes.
