Yerushalmi Talmud. Printed by the grandsons of the Rebbe of Slavita. Zhitomir, 1863-1865. Four volumes:
A. Seder Nezikin (and Nidah tractate). Zhitomir, 1865.
Inscription: "belongs to … Meir Bernstein Chatana Dvei Nesi'ah…" – Rabbi Meir Bernstein (1851-1932),the son-in-law of his brother the "avnei Nezer", Rabbi Avraham of Sochachov (he married his daughter, Ester Breindel). During his childhood, he was close to Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Kock and later to the Rebbe of Alexander. He refused to serve as a rabbi and was a tradesman. In 1891, he was sent to the Land of Israel with his brother-in-law by the Rebbe of Sochachov.
An additional inscription indicating that the book belonged to his son: "belongs to Reb Menachem Mendel Bernstein Chatana Av Beit Din of Ostrow". Published articles in "Kol Torah" (Warsaw, 1908).
Stamp of Rabbi Leibel Elbinger of Warsaw, the editor of the religious journal "Beit Avraham" of the Sochachov Hassidim and one of the important disciples of the "Avnei Nezer", who married his great granddaughter, the daughter of Rabbi Menachem Mendel Bernstein.
B. Seder Mo'ed (second section). Zhitomir, 1863.

C. Seder Zera'im. Zhitomur, 1866.
The "Pnei Moshe" and "Mar'eh Panim" commentaries are printed here for the first time from a manuscript.
At the beginning of the volume, an introduction by the brothers-in-law Rabbi Mordechai Ze'ev Itinga and Rabbi Yosef Shaul Natanzon to their commentary "Ner Ma'aravi". The most prominent rabbis approbated their commentary.
On the title page, an ancient inscription: "Le'Chevra Mishnayot shel…" a faded stamp of Chevrat Mishnayot. Scholarly glosses in a non-ancient handwriting.
D. Seder Nashim. Zhitomir, 1867.
On the title page, the first leaf and the end of the book, various stamps of the Kloiz and Beit Midrash of the Rebbe Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Venice in Safed.
Condition: Good. Nice, new, half-leather covers. Few moth signs on single leaves.
