Eruv Ve'Hotza'ah - New York, 1907
An attempt to fix an Eruv in Manhattan, New York, raised great agitation among the rabbis. Books forbidding the act and books allowing it were published. In this book, authored by Rabbi Yehoshua Segal, he "reveals the arm of his strength in allowing the Eruv" in addition, he presents responses of rabbis who allowed the Tiltul (carrying on the Sabbath), among them the Maharsham of Berzan.
The book was printed by Wolf Hirschprong. At its beginning there is an illustration of the eastern part of New York, the cause of the polemic.
54 pp.
