On leaf 1, the signature of Rabbi Ya'akov Meir Zvi Ha'Levi Friedlander, Av Beit Din of Surány. On the Forsazt leaves, inscriptions that indicate that the book had belonged to him. Rabbi Friedlander was one of the greatest rabbis of his time. He corresponded with the Chatam Sofer and is mentioned in his responsa. His grandson was Rabbi Shaul Brach.
Additional ancient signatures. Throughout the book, handwritten lingual corrections.

Condition: Good. The title page and first leaf are restored. Tears and omissions to the last leaf. New leather cover with parts of the original cover.
