The title page is missing as well as the two last leaves.
On leaf 17 there is a gloss (slightly cutoff) with the signature of Rabbi Yom Tov Elyakim, one of the most prominent rabbis of Jerusalem, the rabbi of the Rishon Le'Zion Rabbi Avraham Chaim Gagin.
