Imaginary portrait of the Rif at the start of section one. Approbation from the Chatam Sofer who praises the quality of the print: the quality ink and paper. Large, impressive set. The leaves measure 48 cm. To the best of our knowledge, there is no other extant set of this size. Other known copies measure about 44 cm.
Original, magnificent leather bindings. All of the bindings bear red stickers with the name of the book and the number of the volume. Minimal aging stains. Very fine condition.
