(Next to the haftarah for Tisha B'Av a small page is enclosed "Lamentation on the Ten Martyrs" which begins: "Az Babeit Shivyeinu", and the prayer "Hashem Mi Magi'a Ad Tachlit Chochmatcha". The prayers are vowelized.

At the end of the book, after the blessings on the haftarah, is a colophon: "This haftarah was completed with the help of the One who dwells in Heaven, on the twenty second day of the month of Iyar of the year B'A'G…I…the young one Saadia ben David Halevi Alkochbani".
Handwritten additions from different periods.
