a. HaDeot V'HaMiddot, Ralbag. Warsaw, 1865. Single edition.
Anthologies from the "Toaliyot" by the Ralbag. The editor: Rabbi Yechiel Maharich.
Letters of blessing by: Rabbi Dovberush Meizlish, the Malbim, Rabbi Shmuel Avigdor Tosfaah, Rabbi Yisrael Salanter, Maharil Diskin, Rabbi Bezalel HaCohen of Vilna and more. A long introduction from the Netziv of Volozhin. At the end of the book are the names of hundreds of those who ordered the book, led by Chevrat Kol Yisrael Chaverim (KY"CH) and "Rabbi Avraham Cohen who is known as Albert Cohen". Amongst the orders are the great rabbis and the most important members of the Enlightenment and important authors from that period from all of the European cities.
Condition: Good. The title page and the page before it are damaged. Inscriptions throughout the book. Cover scuffed.
b. Cheder Horati, Rabbi Yehuda Leib Fishman-Maimon. Odesssa, 1912. Single edition.
Amongst the first works of the well-known Torah author, amongst the establishers of the "Mizrachi" movement, and later one of the signatures of the Declaration of Independence.
In the book are a collection of articles "they are all taken from my books and my works which I authored, each book on a special topic, and which in my condition I cannot hope to publish in the near future…and these articles are examples".

A book with unique content, written by a doctor and philosopher, and deals amongst other things with the Rambam's Guide for the Perplexed and with Moreh Nevuchei HaZman by Nachman Krochmal, together with scientific research.
