A. Marpe La'Nefesh, Sefer Chemdat Yamim on Hilchot Shabbat. Published by Rabbi Ya'akov Chai Burla. Jerusalem [1873]. Gashzinani and Maharidis (Slatki) Printing Press. S. Ha'Levi 196.
At the beginning of the book a poem in ladino in alphabetical order; "Seder Ha-Ma'aser" according to Jerusalem custom; Tikun for desecration and for nocturnal emission; and others.
Rabbi Ya'akov Chai Burla (died in 1892) was born in Jerusalem and was one of its well-known cantors.
A golden dedication is impressed onto the cover: "Mincha hi shlucha le'hasar ha'mefursam … Raphael Ha'Levi…" (a gift sent to the well-known minister … Raphael Ha'Levi…")
The well-known lord, Rabbi Raphael Ha'Levi of Beirut, was known for his many donations to the building of the country. Among others, he built the ancient synagogue of Peki'in and his name is commemorated on a stone in the wall above the entrance door.

Long, interesting introduction by Rabbi Moshe Nechemya Kahanov, one of the greatest rabbis of Jerusalem. Among others, he explains the importance of these Slichot being said specifically by the residents of Jerusalem.
