Likutey Torah – Lemberg 1859
A. Likutey Torah by the Rebbe, Rabbi Mordechai of Chernobyl. Tschernowitz 1859. Rare.
Two similar editions were printed in Tschernowitz that year; however, one of them contains an "error table" at the end of the book and in the other, the errors had been corrected throughout the book. In the copy before us there is no "error table".
Approbations by Rabbi Avraham Ya'akov of Sadigora, Rabbi Chaim Halberstam of Sanz and Rabbi Yesha'aya Schur of Jassy.
[2], 43, 43-63 pp.
Signature: "Zvi Hirsch Ha'Cohen" – one of the rabbis of Jerusalem (in his old age, served as a rabbi in the USA). Additional, early signature, cut and erased.
Condition: Good-Very Good.
