On laws of schita and checking the animal, by Rav Yaakov Vil (the Mahariv), with compositions in the name of Lekitat Yitzhak, Zivchei Tamim, chiddushim. 53 pages (Friedberg 783). Front of the book is the endorsement of the Hatam Sofer. Number of places have handwritten signatures. Amongst the pages are notes in the same handwriting. Good condition, notes are unreadable in part.
1. Hayei Olam, Konigsberg 1866, vound with the book “Briyata d’Malachat HaMishkan” 1863, stamp of ownership of Rav Yehonatan HaCohen Lapin. 2. Imrei Chemed, Vilna 1902, signature handwritten and signed Rav Yisrael Aba Tzitrun, Av Beit Din of Petah Tikva. Excellent condition, new binding. 3. Hazon Ish, first edition, Jerusalem 1947. With Hazon Ish Even HaEzer, copies of the Rav Binyamin Yehoshua Zilber, signed on one of the volumes. Corrections by hand. Number oadditional books, different sizes, generally good condition.
