Rabbi Shmelke Klein of Salisch, the author of 'Tzeror Ha'Chaim', was admired by the greatest rabbis of Hungary. Till this day, many come to his grave to pray for salvation.
The book has the signature of Rabbi Chaim Eliyahu Sternberg, one of the most important rabbis of Satmar. He was greatly appreciated by the Rebbe, Rabbi Yoel, who appointed him as the head of the Satmar Yeshiva in Haifa. Rabbi Sternberg served as the rabbi of Ha'Eda Ha'Haredit in the katamon neighborhood in Jerusalem and the rabbi of the Satmar synagogue in the neighborhood. The author of 'Beit Eliyahu' Responsa.
On the back cover there is a handwritten letter from his brother, Rabbi Ya'akov Yitzchal Sternberg.
