Rabbinical injuction of the Beit Din to carry out a get by messenger, with the signature of Rabbi Yechezkel Abramsky and his Beit Din, and the seal of the Beit Din.
Rabbi Yechezkel Abramsky (1886 - 1976 ), amongst the great Rabbis of Lithuania, a student of Rabbi Chaim of Brisk, the author of the series of books 'Chazon Yechezkel' on the Tosefta. In the year 1928 he requested permission from the Russian authorities to move to Israel. As a result he was convicted of disobedience to the Communist government and was sent to do hard labor in Siberia. After two years he was freed and he emigrated to London., where he was the head of the Beit Din. In the year 1951 he moved to Israel and settled in Jerusalem. He was amongst the heads of the Va'ad Ha'Yeshivot and the amongst the leaders of the Chinuch Ha'Atzmai, and he led the organization 'atra kadisha' when it was established. He served as the Rosh Yeshiva of the Slabodka Yeshiva in Bnei Brak.
