Sefer 'Ohel Moshe', innovations on Shas, Shut and Drushim, by Rabbi Moshe [Weinberg] Rav of Wolbrom, Volume 1 with pamphlet 'Heilech Devash', by his father Rabbi Dov Berish [Weinberg]. Mordechai Cederbaum Press, Piotrkow, 1908. 
10, 84, 12, [1] pages, 33 cm. Copy missing: pages 13-14 from the pamphlet 'Heilech Devash'. Among the admirers and signers for receiving this sefer are: Admorim of Trisk, Pilts (Pilica), Kotzk, Gur, Alexander, and Ostrovtza (Ostrowiec). Along with the signatures of the holy brothers Rabbi Yosef Panet Rav of Dej and Rabbi Yaakov Elimelch Panet Junior Rabbi of Dej and Rav of the surrounding area.
The Holy Rabbi Yaakov Elimelech Panet (1889-1994), born in the city Oberwischau, to his father Rabbi Yechezkel, Rav of Dej and Admor of many Chassidim, author of 'Knesset Yechezkel'. In the year 1909 he married to his wife the daughter of Rabbi Yaakov Shimon Kanner Admor of Tchetchov in Galicia, and started serving as Rav in Abaújvár. In 1926 he was appointed by his father as Junior Rav of Dej and stood at the head of the Yeshiva. Was later appointed as Rav and Admor of Dej. Was from the top speakers of the Organization of the Orthodox Community in Transylvania. While in the Dej Ghetto messengers from Romania arrived to him to help him flee with his family to Romania, but he pushed them off refusing to abandon his community. He was murdered in Auschwitz on the 18th day of Sivon 1934. Author of sefer 'Zichron Yaakov' 2 volumes.
The Holy Rabbi Yosef Panet (1895-1962), son of the Holy Rabbi Yechezkel Panet, author of 'Knesset Yechezkel' and son-in-law of Rabbi Berish Weinberg Rav in Tekndorf community, and Rav and Rosh Yeshiva in Ileanda community. During the Holocaust he fled to Bucharest. At the end of the war he returned and served as Admor and Rav of Dej. In 1939 he immigrated to the United States.
Two pages missing, last page is torn, front cover missing, loose binding, aging stains. Fair condition.
