Parchment size: 15x15 (not cut symmetrically).
Writing of a scribe. Signatures of witnesses: Yitzchak ben M. Zenwill, Daniel Ben Rav Eliezer Katz and signature of the groom: Meir ben Rav Dovid. Age stains.
