Hefty Chinese jade carving of a feline in a wrapping, 19th century. Pierced to the top of the back and basket handles with two diagonal drilling. Stone a light green and blackspotted jade hardstone. Under light some translucence is visible to the light green section. Includes original Hong Kong Export Stamp. Size 1 7/8" L, weight 42 grams

Wong collection, Los Angeles, CA, US, Mr. Wong was a Hong Kong government translator and court interpreter and amassed his collection in Hong Kong during the mid-1900's-1978.
