Exceptional Chinese 'Qike' Spirit Fan, Yi or Lolo Peoples
Asia, China, Vietnam, Laos, and Thailand, Chinese Yi or Nuosu peoples traditionally known as Lolo. 19th century spirit or ritual fan known as a Qike that was typically carved from cherrywood and decorated with red painted designs.
