Antique county map of the state of Minnesota, ca. 1877. Hand-colored in red, blue, and pink. Surrounded by a decorative border of ripe grape vines. Printed along the lower left "Entered according to Act of Congress in the year 1877 by S. Augustus Mitchell in the Office of the Librarian of Congress at Washington."
Sight; height: 14 1/4 in x width: 12 in. Framed; height: 21 1/2 in x width: 17 3/4 in x depth: 1 in.
Condition: There are no visible creases, tears, or losses. There is toning and matburn to the sheet. There a few minute areas of foxing throughout. There are no signs of restoration under UV light. Not examined out of frame. Framed under glass and a nonarchival mat. Wear to the frame.
