Yalkut Reuveni, a compilation of Midrashim from Kabbalistic books ordered according to the Parashiyot of the Torah. By Rabbi Avraham Reuven Hacohen Sofer of Prague.

On the flyleaf, the signature of Rabbi Aharon Ettlinger " הק' אהרן עטלינגן" – the father of the Gaon Rabbi Yaakov Ettlinger, the author of Aruch Laner, Rav in Karslruhe. His son introduces Torah novellae by him at the end of his book. Published articles in Shomer Zion Hane'eman (Altona, 1846-1856) a friend of Rabbi Avraham Binga and studied Chavruta with Rabbi Yitzchak Breines.

On the title page, the signature of Rabbi Leib Ettlinger (1804-1884) one of the leading rabbis of Ashkenaz. The disciple and successor of his brother, the author of the Aruch Laner, Rabbi Yaakov Yokel Ettlinger. Succeeded his brother as head of the Kloiz of Manheim. Author of Sefer Ma'adanei Melech on tractate Gittin.

31 cm. Good overall condition. A minor blemish to the edges of some leaves in the middle of the book. Stains on the title page. A piece of paper is mounted on the upper part of the title page, apparently to conceal previous owner's signatures. Fine ancient binding.
