Raymer Society will be auctioning art from the estate of Hal Wright of McPherson, KS. Over 250 lots will be on live and silent auction.
The artworks may be previewed at the Red Barn Studio Museum 212 S. Main St. Lindsborg, KS from January 23th- 25th. Artworks will also be on display day of the auction on January 27th, 2024 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 224 S. Main St. Lindsborg, KS. Doors open at 9:00 AM, Auction begins at 10:00 AM.

Smith, Robert Bolton, "Spring at Lakeside" oil on canvas, signed in lower left, good condition, canvas size 5 x 7 inches. Robert Bolton Smith (1944- ) is an American impressionist painter who was born in the Midwest US in 1944. As a young man, Smith spent winters in Florida which seemed like another world to him and triggered an enthusiasm for varied subjects and exciting coloring that is reflected in his work today. Smith taught on the college level for several years, after which painting became his full-time occupation. Bolton and his wife Joyce for the past 35 years, have traveled the United States and abroad, capturing some of the world's most stunning landscapes.
