Raymer Society will be auctioning art from the estate of Hal Wright of McPherson, KS. Over 250 lots will be on live and silent auction.
The artworks may be previewed at the Red Barn Studio Museum 212 S. Main St. Lindsborg, KS from January 23th- 25th. Artworks will also be on display day of the auction on January 27th, 2024 at Trinity United Methodist Church, 224 S. Main St. Lindsborg, KS. Doors open at 9:00 AM, Auction begins at 10:00 AM.

Forsberg, Maleta, "Sunflowers and Monarch" 1978 watercolor, signed lower left, good condition, image size: 18 x 11.5 inches. Maleta Forsberg is active/lives in Kansas. Maleta Forsberg is known for Rural landscape, animal and architecture painting. Attended the Kansas City Art Institute night school while working as a secretary. Lived in Wichita, Kansas before moving to Lindsborg, Kansas. She earned a reputation for her watercolors, oils and acrylics of rural landscapes, animals and architecture in the Midwest. Forsberg has completed major liturgical commissions, as well as paintings and designs that celebrate her Swedish heritage. Member: Artists' Guild of Wichita; Kansas Watercolor Society; Kansas Academy of Oil Painters. Exhibitions: Wichita Art Assoc.; Kansas Watercolor Society; Sandzén Memorial Art Gallery, 1997.
