Александр Ильич Шураев (1926-1986) — художник-график. Член Союза художников СССР. Член ЛОСХ с 1957 года. Окончил Ленинградский институт живописи, скульптуры и архитектуры им. И. E. Репина (мастерскую графики А. Ф. Пахомова) (1949-1955). Дипломная работа - серия офортов, оценка - хорошо. Обучение проходило на графическом факультете. Присвоена квалификация художника-графика. Член ЛОСХ с 1957 года. Работал в офорте и литографии. Автор множества работ, посвященных Ленинграду и другим городам СССР. Умер 1986 году в Ленинграде.
