Ракицкий Борис Романович (1937 - 1998) — художник, график, иллюстратор книг. Член Союза художников СССР.В 1980-е годы занимал должность главного художника Комбината графического искусства в Ленинграде. Член Союза художников СССР. Центральное место в творчестве художника занимает место ленинградского городского пейзажа. Помимо этого, Борис Романович занимался иллюстрацией книг. Наиболее известна его серия иллюстраций к Слово о полку Игореве.
