The first owner of the book was STEFANSKY Vyacheslav Каrlovich (1867 —1949) is a Soviet infectious disease specialist and microbiologist. V. К. Stefansky is the author of about 60 scientific works, mainly on the treatment of plague, cholera, leprosy, diphtheria, dysentery and scarlet fever. His work on the treatment of plague was internationally acknowledged.
