Basic book. First edition. Pri Chadash Yoreh Deah - Amsterdam, 1692.
Chidushei Dinim on Shulchan Aruch Yoreh Deah by the Gaon Rabbi Chizkiyah da Silva. This is Rabbeinu's first book and the only one he published in his lifetime, in Amsterdam, when he was sent as a Shadar of Jerusalem.
The book was accepted with enthusiasm in Europe yet was strongly opposed by the sages of Egypt since the author sharply disagreed with the Beit Yosef and other leading Acharonim. Eventually, the book was banned by the sage sof Egypt and Hebron.
Later, the ban was removed since Rabbi Shlomo Algazi, Rabbeinu's disciple, became Rav in Egypt and "all his instructions were based on the opinion of his Rav the Pri Chadash...".

No binding. Stains. Some moth mainly in the margins.
The first seven leaves (including the title page) are with tears affecting the text.
Most of the copy is in good condition.
