The author, Rabbi Yosef ben Chaim Tzarfati (born in 1600) a disciple of Rabbi Shlomo Halevi (who was also the Rav of the Lev Shlomo), one of the sages of Adrinopol and Maggid Meisharim. Immigrated to Jerusalem. Author of Yad Yosef, Venice 1616 and Rosh Yosef. 


Copy of Rabbi Moshe Dov Abramovich, one of the founders and heads of Yeshivat Rabbeinu Elchonon in New York and one of the founders of the Union of Rabbis of USA and Canada. 

288, [12] leaves. 31 cm. Without the first title page. 

Renewed binding with a fine leather spine. 

Stains. Moth to the two first leaves and some paper restorations. 

Good overall condition.
