Pedigreed. Single edition. Beit Yisrael, Drushim by Rabbi Yisrael Benvanisti. Kushta, 1678.

The book of Drushim, Beit Yisrael, contains 52 Drushim on varied subjects, including nine eulogies for women. In his other sermons, he also praises Kosher women.

Chacham Rabbi Yisrael Benvanisti was born to his father Chacham Eliezer Benvanisti, who was also his first Rav, in Kushta. His leading Rav was his uncle Chacham Yehoshua Benvanisti author of Sdeh Yehoshua. Corresponded with his uncle, the Chaviv - Chacham Chaim Benvanisti author of Knesset Hagdolah, who praised hi sgreatness: "אור ישראל וקדושו, פאר הדור והדרו, אביר הרועים החכם השלם הדיין המצוין נשא ורם כמוהר"ר ישראל בנבנשת נר"ו"

Although the year of printing is 1678, it can be assumed it ended earlier since words of blessings by his uncle, Chacham Chaim Benvanisti, who passed away in 1673, were added to the book.
