His collection reflects his interest in the Delaware Valley, with an emphasis on mid 18th through early 19th century silversmiths and figured hardwoods vetted by his discerning eye for form and surface. Among the highlights are a Thomas Stretch Philadelphia clock, a collection of figured maple furniture, and silver by noted makers such as Joseph Richardson Sr. and Richard Humphreys.

Two 18th Century Lancaster, Pennsylvania Coin Silver Tongs
Both late 18th century, openwork with hand chasing, one by William Haverstick (1756-1823, Lancaster and Philadelphia, Pennsylvania) and the other by David Hall (1767-1814, Lancaster, Pennsylvania).
Dimensions: 6" and 6 3/4" long. The total approximate weight is 3.5 troy ounces.
Provenance: Property from the Collection of C. Thomas Attix Jr., East Windsor, New Jersey.
Condition:
Both in good condition with some expected wear.
