R. Berel Soloveitchik (1915–1981) was the eldest son of the Brisker Rov. He began delivering shiurim to a small group during the Brisker Rov’s lifetime which later evolved into Yeshivas Brisk.
Letters in general, and specifically brochos, from R. Berel are rare.
