רקע
חטיבת הרגלים 163 הייתה חטיבת חי"ר של הצבא הבריטי שההשתתפה בכיבוש ארץ ישראל. החטיבה לחמה בקרב הראשון על עזה בסוף מרץ, הקרב השני על עזה באמצע אפריל [ראה הפריט הקודם], קרב עזה השלישי בסוף אוקטובר – תחילת נובמבר, וקרב יפו בדצמבר. כלומר השתתפה בכל הקרבות המכריעים בכיבוש א"י מידי התורכים. בשנת 1918 לחמה החטיבה בברוקין מאפריל עד מאי, ולבסוף בקרב על השרון באמצע ספטמבר. המעטפה שלפנינו נשלחה בזמן הקרב הזה מחיפה. נדיר מאוד.
מצב: טוב. פגימות בפתיחת המעטפה כפי שרואים בתמונות, אך טוב באופן כללי ונדיר
