דף מודפס – "מודעה", קול קורא המיועד לחתימות ממוני ה"כוללים" בירושלים (ללא מילוי החתימות) עבור המגביות ברוסיה. ירושלים, [תרכ"ט 1869].
קריאה אל יהודי רוסיה לתרום עבור עניי ארץ ישראל, ולהעביר את הכספים "דרך עיר המלוכה פיטסבורג, או דרך עי"ת מאסקאווא, ע"י הרה"ג הגזברים והאמרכלים... גבירי הרוזנים אשר בק"ק מאסקאווא, הרב הגביר מ' ראובן אלקסנדר נ"י והרב הגביר מ' מרדכי יפה...".
ה"מודעה" הוכנה כמכתב בקשה, מטעם מגבית מאוחדת של "ראשי ומנהלי כוללות פרושים וחסידים ואלין וחב"ד יושבי בארבעת ערי הקודש, ירושלים חברון צפת וטבריא יע"א".
