דיו על קלף, בפורמט קטן.
כתיבה איטלקית (שאינה כתיבת סת"ם), על חמשת יריעות קלף. 13 שורות בעמודה. שולי המגילה מעוטרים במסגרות מלבניות בגוני ירוק-זהבהב. גלולה על ידית עץ מגולפת, עם "כתר" כפול בלוחיות העליונות.
גובה הקלף: 9 ס"מ בקירוב. גובה הידית: 26 ס"מ בקירוב. מצב טוב-בינוני. כתמים. בלאי וקמטים. דהיית דיו במספר מקומות.
