שי מאת אלוף אהרן יריב לגנרל מוחמד עבד אל-ע'ני אל-גמאסי – ראשי הצוותים בשיחות הפסקת האש בין ישראל ומצרים במלחמת יום הכיפורים. על גבי דף הבטנה פסוק מתוך חזון אחרית הימים שבספר ישעיהו (רשום בכתב-יד, בערבית): "וְכִתְּתוּ חַרְבוֹתָם לְאִתִּים וַחֲנִיתוֹתֵיהֶם לְמַזְמֵרוֹת, לֹא יִשָּׂא גוֹי אֶל גּוֹי חֶרֶב וְלֹא יִלְמְדוּ עוֹד מִלְחָמָה" (ישעיהו ב', ד'), עם חתימת-ידו של אהרן יריב (בערבית).
מצורף מכתב נלווה מאת יריב לגמאסי, כתוב בכתב-יד על נייר מכתבים רשמי של לשכת הרמטכ"ל, ובו מילים אחדות על המתנה. 13 בדצמבר 1973 (אנגלית. נתון במעטפה מקורית).
