קבלה מאוירת נאה בצבע כחלחל (בגודל A4 לערך). עם איורים של המקומות הקדושים בארץ ישראל, הכותל המערבי, חברון, קבר רחל ועוד, עם מסגרת כפולה נאה.
תאריך הקבלה ד' סיון תרנ"א שנשלחה לנדיבה "בת קדושים" כתוב בשפת האידיש על מצב הקשה מבלי פרנסה ומבלי אוכל ושתיה. המכתב נכתב גם בעמודו השני.
