Collection of Non-Traditional Haggadot - the 1940's-1950's
13 non-traditional Haggadot from the first years of the State, illustrated and decorated.
4 of them are stenciled.
The Haggadot all express the spirit of the times, the people's pioneership and great joy at the establishment of the State and the feeling of redemption and resurrection. In addition, there are passages that connect the deliverance form Egypt and the return to Zion.
For example: "In our time, millions of our brothers have been murdered. An evil hand closed the gates of the country before the survivors and stole mother earth from the people who had just begun returning to it … therefore, we are standing proudly and celebrating our holiday … not only as a historical recollection, but as our holiday, the holiday of our rise, redemption and victory!"

Condition: Varying. Most of the Haggadot are in very good condition.
