ASTAIRE & ROGERS
ASTAIRE FRED (1899-1987) & ROGERS GINGER (1911-1995) American actor & actress and dancers, both Academy Award winners. Signed 7.5 x 9 photograph by both Fred Astaire and Ginger Rogers individually, the image depicting the couple in full-length costume poses as Vernon and Irene Castle, performing a dance routine from the biographical musical comedy film The Story of Vernon and Irene Castle (1939). Signed by Astaire in black ink with his name alone and signed by Rogers in bold blue ink, both to light areas at the base of the image. VG
