Silver anchor with dates 1803 and 1903 at the bottom. Superimposed gold monograms of Tsars Alexander I and Nicholas II, with gold Emperor's crown and ribbon covered with blue enamel and inscribed in Cyrillic "4TH NAVAL REG." and 102ND VYATSKY REG."
