SOVIET AFGHANISTAN WAR MEDAL WITH CITATION
Soviet Afghanistan war medal with original citation. Award document, 4 pages, with facsimile signature of Gorbatchev, red covers, 29.5 x 21 cm. The medallion measures 42 mm wide. Screw back with Leningrad mint logo. Issued mainly to participants of the Afghan campaign and veterans of other Soviet foreign interventions in the 1980s - 1990s.
