Genuine Ruby, Earth-Mined Diamond, and Genuine Sapphire Pendant. Just in time for Independence Day, these precious gemstones are a great way to wear the patriotic colors! This 14 karat yellow gold heart pendant proudly features genuine blue sapphires and rubies, and natural mined diamonds in a gleaming and glittering halo. The pendant is approximately 3/4" diameter and has an open reticulated bail. This pendant is circa 1950's and is in excellent condition. The pendant has been chemically tested as 14 karat gold.
