Released in 1717, in original parchment cover. In only one volume, in quarto format.  Includes plenty of ancient maps and engravings of the Holy Land.

About 27 engravings, (mostly separated) some of which fold, among them:

The New Jerusalem, the city of Jaffa, an engraving of biblical Jerusalem with the Temple of Solomon, a panorama representing the view from the Mount of Olives towards the Temple Mount with the Temple of Solomon,

View of the city of Jufa / Jaffa (Tel Aviv) by Sanson, the Church of the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem. An engraving of priests carrying the body of Jesus to the tomb, accompanied by Mary and four other men. Solomon's Pools in Bethlehem, Palestine, Mishkan and the Temple of Ezekiel with the holy vessels, a Syrian map, Mount Tabor, burial according to the ancient Jewish way and more.

Good general condition. Slight gilding and light stains, individual engravings with very light worm marks treated.
