Alexey Skvortsov was born in 1916 in the village. Korovaiko, Moscow region He graduated from the Moscow Art - Industrial School. M.I. Kalinin in 1937 Institute of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture. I.E. Repin graduated in 1951.
