KEITH HARING BARKING DOG EMBOSSING
Keith Haring, American, 1958 to 1990, embossed screenprint on paper, Barking Dog from the White Icons series. Circa: 1989 to 1990. Stamped, Authorized by The Estate of Keith Haring, on the backside. Keith Allen Haring was an American artist whose pop art emerged from the New York City graffiti subculture of the 1980s. His animated imagery has become a widely recognized visual language. He became known for his complex jigsaw puzzle like paintings, intended to be iconography of American life.
